Autoterminal Japan Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) establishes the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”) regarding the handling of user’s personal information in the services provided on this website (hereinafter referred to as “the Services”).

Article 1 (Personal information)

Article 4 (Change of Purpose of Use)

  • 2.If the Company determines that it is necessary to respond to a request from a user under the preceding paragraph, it will promptly carry out the correction, etc. of the personal information in question.

Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.)

  • 1.If a user requests the suspension of use or deletion (hereinafter referred to as “suspension of use, etc.”) of their personal information on the grounds that the information is being handled beyond the scope of the purposes of use that have been publicly announced or because the information was collected through fraudulent or other wrongful means, the Company will conduct an investigation without delay.

  • 4.Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if suspending the use of personal information would incur significant expenses or if it is otherwise difficult to suspend the use, and alternative measures can be taken to protect the user’s rights and interests, the Company will implement these alternative measures.

Article 9 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)

  • 1.The Company reserves the right to change the content of this Policy, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations, without notifying the users.
  • 2.Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the revised Privacy Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
